RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Harlow George, we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below.
Many of our pieces are crafted to order. Production timelines vary by design and will be noted on the product page where applicable.
RETURNS
Eligible ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn and in original condition
• Free from scratches, damage, resizing, alterations, or modifications
• Returned in its original packaging
• Accompanied by any certificates, documentation, or proof of purchase included with the order

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping method, as Harlow George is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@harlowgeorge.com within 48 hours of delivery so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Because many Harlow George pieces are handcrafted specifically for each client, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
• Made-to-order pieces
• Personalized or engraved jewelry
• Custom designs
• Special-order items
• Resized jewelry
• Sale items
• Gift cards
Once production has begun, made-to-order and custom purchases cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged.
READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS
Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
• Unworn and in original condition
• Free from scratches, damage, or alterations
• Returned with all original packaging
• Accompanied by any certificates, documentation, and proof of purchase
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Harlow George. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS
Unless otherwise specified, all diamonds sold by Harlow George are laboratory-grown diamonds. Laboratory-grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds.
Minor variations in diamond appearance, measurements, and total carat weight are natural characteristics of fine jewelry and do not constitute defects.
