Are lab-grown diamonds real?
Yes. They're real diamonds.
The only difference is how they're formed. Lab-grown diamonds are created above ground using technology that replicates the natural growing process. Once formed, they're chemically, physically, and optically the same as mined diamonds.
Why did you choose lab-grown diamonds?
Because we'd rather invest in the diamond itself than its rarity.
For us, it was the obvious choice.
Are your diamonds certified?
Many of our pieces include IGI certification. If a piece is certified, it will be noted on the product page.
Jewelry Care
How should I care for my jewelry day to day?
Solid 14K gold is made to be worn, and a simple habit keeps it beautiful: make your jewelry the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.
Let fragrance and lotion settle into your skin before your pieces go on.
How should I store my pieces?
Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or a lined box to help prevent scratching.
Fasten clasps before putting necklaces and bracelets away so chains stay untangled.
How do I clean my jewelry at home?
Warm water, a drop of mild soap, and a soft brush are all you need. Work gently around the settings, rinse, and pat dry with a soft cloth.
A quick pass with a jewelry polishing cloth brings back the shine between cleanings.
Is there anything my jewelry should avoid?
Chlorine is gold's least favorite thing — take your pieces off before pools and hot tubs. The same goes for workouts, where knocks and sweat do slow damage, and for household cleaning, where harsh chemicals can dull the metal.
Does my jewelry need professional care?
Once a year, it's worth having clasps and settings checked to make sure every diamond is sitting securely.

Can I request a different size or a custom piece?
Yes.

Shipping
When will my order ship?
Ready-to-ship pieces typically ship within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order pieces generally require 2–4 weeks. Estimated production times are listed on each product page.
Do you offer complimentary shipping?
Yes.
Insured shipping is included on all U.S. orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to select countries.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.
My order arrived damaged.
Please email hello@harlowgeorge.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the packaging and your jewelry.
We'll take it from there.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to help.

Returns
What is your return policy?
Eligible ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with any accompanying certificates.
How do I start a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What items are final sale?
Made-to-order pieces, custom designs, personalized or engraved jewelry, resized pieces, sale items, and gift cards are final sale.
How are refunds processed?
Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
