When should I order to receive my gift before the holidays?
Order by November 10th to receive made to order pieces before the holidays. Orders placed after November 10th containing a Made to Order piece will arrive after the holidays. Quick ship pieces can be ordered until December 17th. The expected delivery for every order is shown at checkout.
Can I still order a made to order piece for the holidays?
Yes. Made to order pieces are handcrafted in solid 14k gold and have a 4 to 6 week lead time during the holidays. Orders placed by November 10th arrive before the holidays. Orders placed after November 10th containing a Made to Order piece will arrive after the holidays.
Will there be any offers this season?
Yes, once a year. Black Friday is the only sale Harlow George takes part in. The sale opens to everyone from November 27th through November 30th, and Insiders receive early access before it opens. for early access.
How does my gift arrive?
Every piece arrives wrapped in cream tissue and sealed with the embossed HG seal, and earrings are accompanied by their IGI certificate. Select “Make this a gift” in your bag to receive the signature burgundy box, gift bag and pouch, with a blank black card included for your own note. Gift packaging is complimentary.
What delivery options are available?
Every order ships complimentary and fully insured within the United States. Harlow George does not ship internationally at this time.
Can a gift be returned or exchanged?
Quick ship pieces purchased this holiday season may be returned until January 15th. Because each made to order piece is crafted by hand for its recipient, made to order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
